Sierra Group is staged to begin construction in October 2009 on a major exterior renovation and complete branch remodel of Pacific National Bank’s Moraga branch, which is an existing stand alone building constructed in the 1970’s. This will be a complex project as it is to remain a fully functional bank branch that requires no disruption of branch operations or inconveniences to the bank’s customers during the construction tenant improvement process.
Every element of the branch will be remodeled including teller line replacement. Conducting major remodel’s while allowing our client’s business to remain fully operational is one of Sierra Group’s specialties. Success of such projects requires expert master planning of all phases of work, night and weekend shifts to avoid disruption of operations, and excellent nightly cleanliness protocols which provide comfort and safety of both our client’s employees and clientele. This will be the seventh bank branch Sierra Group has completed for Pacific National Bank to date.
